Good thing I had a backup of 5.3.1 that version works well

Something broke with this version. Do not install it as it crashes at start up. Tried to reinstall without any luck. Not a happy camper , at the moment ! :(

I updated to 5.4 and it crashes on startup.

How do I roll back to a previous version?

Crashes on startup.

Im connected through the Synology QuickConnect server and everything works without any problems both on WiFi and cellular networks.

Been a few days now, please fix

I loved this app until the recent update. It is now completely useless because it crashes every single time I try to open the app. Please fix!

Ive needed files off my drive, open the the app, bam! Access to am my files. Works great for me!

As the others have indicated: this app does not open -- it crashes immediately after starting up. Not sure what is going on with Synologys legendary reliability

This app really needs to have pin protection or Touch ID to protect it when logon info is remembered.

Excellent alternative to Dropbox and Box. Ive built several clouds for clients using Synology products, and they love this much more than the paid or free cloud solutions. Building your own cloud couldnt be easier with Synologys hardware and software. Also, it integrates great with AD.

The app crashes during sign in when not on the LAN. Used to work perfectly. Never should have updated.

Maybe I have missed it, but could it be possible to add multiple pictures to email from DS File app please? I can only email one picture and that is only possible from local files, why there cannot be option to email files from Diskstation as well? Thank you very much!

Currently there is no option to save photo in camera roll. Please fix this and I will change my rating.

Great app for accessing my NAS files remotely. I would love it if it had a way to convert a video file for me (currently I have to transfer them to a computer and use handbrake). But I know that is asking a lot. Also, please improve the integration with iOS as much as possible. And the PDF viewer could be improved... Thanks!

During file browsing, in addition to the features to manage the files on server, it would be great to be able to copy files directly to the phone apps, without having to download them first. Directly copying selected files to iBook (like ePub,PDF), camera roll (images), and Music (mp3, possible?) would be excellent.

This app works great for backing up my camera roll to my NAS. Im really impressed with the speed, the fact that it continues to upload in the background (not all apps do this), and it also doesnt eat my battery. Viewing files on the server is pretty speedy too! Keep up the good work, Synology!
