On iPhone 6s (9.3.1) all synology apps crash at startup. Last time Ive used the app I have set remember me and use https. Behaves the same regardless of Diskstations state (hibernating/active) the same for connecting via lan/lte.

App crashes after tapping on flac-formatted music file or then playing mp3-file stops (after tapping "done" button). Please, fix it.

RTF files support please!!!

Since update, the app is very picky about what it can play. Half of file on my synology cant play.

When I attempt to upload a large video file, DS File soaks up the last 2.5 GB of iPhone memory preparing to upload, runs out of memory, and abandons the upload. But DS File holds on to the 2.5 GB! I can find no way to reclaim the 2.5GB other than to delete the app.

This app used to play just about every video file format in my library (avi, wmv, mp4, m4v). Now it only plays the latter two. Unfortunately, the *vast* majority of my videos are avi or wmv files. Where, oh, where has my old DS File gone?

The app worked great for me until the recent update. Now it doesnt want to play most of the videos from my NAS, including those that it played successfully before.

When read file in excel, choose DS File, failed to launch it, and reported The document picker DS file failed to launch (0).

Enjoying using this app and its faster and more responsive than dropbox even when away from home. But Im not able to view excel sheets using a iPad mini so would like that to be adjusted. The tabs are just out of view. And a pin code or thumbprint sensor for security would be very important.

I Cant use DS file when I am not on wifi mode, which mean when I am outside I cant log into DS file, is there a way to fix it?? I tried to turn on cellular mode in setting for DS file, but it wont allow me to.
